Welcome to Fayette County! Grab your jeans and boots and come on out to our 600-acre working cattle and horse ranch.
The Double Tree Ranch is the place to reconnect with friends and family. You can hike through open and wooded pastures. You
can fish in one of our 11 ponds for catfish or bass. Nearby there is the Round Top Antique Festival, Fayette County Lake
and so much more. The moment you arrive, you'll feel like a local.

What is available
The Double Tree Guest House has central air/heat, 3 bed rooms (1 queen, 1 full and
6 twin beds), one bathroom with separate tub and shower, full kitchen, large living room/dinning area, tv, front porch and
coffee. $300 per night for first 6. Additional $25 for each extra person.
Ranch Rooms each have one twin and one full bed, private bathroom, microwave, refridge,
tv, front porch and coffee. $75 for first person and $25 for each extra person.
The Cabin has 1 King and 1 Twin bed, private bath, microwave, refridge, tv, front porch
and coffee. $100 for first person and $25 for each extra person.
The Bunk House has 3 bedrooms (two full beds, bunk beds and another twin in the living
room). One bathroom, full kitchen, coffee, living room and tv. $200 for 4 people and $25 for each extra person.
Main ranch house These are rooms in our house. Each room has a private bathroom, one
room has a king and one has a queen. This includes a continental breakfast. $85 for first person and $100 for two.
All lodging has access to washer/dryer.
